About Dawn Trainor-Fogleman

I have been practicing law for over 25 years, and I have concentrated my practice on estate planning for over 15 years. It was when my own parents died within a short time of each other that I gained a greater practical understanding of this area of law. Following their deaths, I decided to focus my law practice on estate planning so I could help other families feel better prepared for this stage of life.

I received my undergraduate degree (B.A.) from Boston College and a Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from Howard University School of Law.

I am admitted to practice in the following jurisdictions:

  • Maryland

  • The District of Columbia

  • The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit

  • The United States Supreme Court

Current Memberships:

  • The Maryland State Bar Association

  • The District of Columbia Bar

  • Christian Legal Society

Volunteer Activity:

  • Good Samaritan Advocates
